Porcini mushrooms preserved in olive oil with the addition of herbs, spices and vinegar. Natural ingredients to offer a particular product but linked, however, to the culinary traditions of our mountains.
Ingredients: Boletus edulis and related group 74%, olive oil 24%, vinegar (wine sour), salt, bay leaves, spices (pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg), citric acid, ascorbic acid. May contain traces of SULFUR DIOXIDE.
GLUTEN FREE product.
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +2/+6°C and consume within 3 days.
